How it works

You’ll get your own personal adviser who’ll work with you on a one-to-one basis to find out about you as a person, your skills, goals and what type of work you’d like to do. And whatever your job aims we’ll make sure you get exactly the right help and advice you need to get to where you want to be.

We’ll help you make the most of the skills you have already as well as to develop new ones to make sure you’re able to take advantage of new opportunities when they come along.

You’ll have a real say in the kind of support you get and we’ll make sure our support is as flexible as possible to fit around your existing commitments.
